  • VA Aid & Attendance is a unique service afforded to elder veterans and their surviving spouses who have depleted their savings paying for extended healthcare costs such as home healthcare, assistance with activities of daily life, and medication assistance to name a few.
  • ​​Applying for VA Aid & Attendance can be a daunting process even for the organized veteran family. Documents proving military service, extensive form preparation, estate planning and preparation, mailing forms, waiting for replies and possible rejections or appellate processes. Note, veteran can be worth any amount of money, the VA looks at many aspects as stated in, it is purely subjective
  • ​​Complete VA Forms; these forms must be completed by the veteran or spouse. The VA does not recognize powers of attorneys for the purposes of filling out forms. However, the VA does recognize the powers of legal guardianship
